The CPC1135N is a miniature single-pole, normally
open (1-Form-B) solid state relay that uses optically
coupled MOSFET technology to provide 1500Vrms
of input to output isolation. The efficient MOSFET
switches and photovoltaic die use Clare’s patented
OptoMOS® architecture. The optically coupled output
is controlled by a highly efficient GaAIAs infrared
LED.
Clare’s state of the art double molded vertical
construction packaging makes the CPC1135N one of
the world’s smallest 4-pin SOP relays. It offers board
space savings over competitive 4-pin SOP solid state
relays.
